The role involves managing the daily site activities, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all construction phases are executed within the required timeframes and budget constraints. This is a high-responsibility role that requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership to manage a diverse workforce.

Key Requirements
Strong background in civil engineering with specific experience in supervision.
Knowledge of Qatar construction standards and safety regulations is preferred.
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple site activities simultaneously.
Exceptional leadership and personnel management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Detailed understanding of project lifecycles and construction milestones.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the spot.
Experience in reporting site progress to senior project managers.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Readiness for immediate deployment to project sites in Qatar.
