PROCUREMENT OFFICER @ LOUVRE HOTELS PARTNERS
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires a professional who understands the unique needs of the hospitality industry and can manage high-volume purchasing while maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with various departments to identify their needs and source the best products from reputable suppliers. In addition to day-to-day purchasing tasks, the Procurement Officer will be expected to leverage the JANA system to streamline operations and maintain accurate records. You will handle vendor negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations to ensure the company receives maximum value. Key Requirements
3–5 years of experience in hospitality procurement
Strong working knowledge of the JANA system (mandatory)
Strong negotiation skills to secure the best pricing and terms from suppliers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors
Proven ability to manage inventory levels and ensure supply chain efficiency
Analytical mindset for evaluating supplier performance and market trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for procurement documentation
Knowledge of market research and price trend analysis within the hospitality sector
Understanding of health and safety standards related to hospitality products
