Key Requirements
Must be a native or fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory requirement).
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT integration or a similar management role.
Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and integration strategies.
Proven experience with M365 Problem Management processes and best practices.
Proficiency in using ServiceNow for incident management and workflow automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and task management.
Solid understanding and certification in ITIL frameworks.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure environment.
Must be able to join within a 30-day notice period or less.
