Key Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in Scan-to-BIM workflows. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural and structural modeling. Hands-on experience with Navisworks for project coordination and clash detection. Proven ability to accurately transform point cloud data into detailed BIM models. A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Deep understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and industry best practices. Experience with point cloud processing software such as Autodesk ReCap. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex laser scan data. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free technical models.
