FortDice is expanding its reach in the U.S. B2B market and is looking for ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our rapid growth. In this role, you will be responsible for opening doors, building strategic relationships, and generating new business opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting. Your efforts will involve conducting calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations based on specific Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies, manage the early-stage sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in our CRM. This is a long-term, stable remote opportunity for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and are capable of handling objections while navigating complex organizational structures. The position requires a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to operate effectively during U.S. business hours from a professional remote workspace.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in B2B business development or sales development roles. Significant experience in high-volume outbound prospecting, ideally in tech or SaaS. Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional accent. Strong ability to handle objections and effectively navigate gatekeepers. Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with high-level decision-makers. Strategic mindset with advanced skills in research and account mapping.
