Key Requirements
Expertise in Logic Synthesis and Logical Equivalence Checking (LEC).
Proven experience in a leadership role within a semiconductor firm.
Strong understanding of microarchitecture and RTL design principles.
Proficiency in CAD automation and scripting for synthesis flows.
Experience with tool integration and flow automation using Python/Tcl.
Ability to manage complex synthesis cycles for high-performance SoCs.
Knowledge of hardware-software co-design and firmware interaction.
Strong background in ASIC/SoC front-end design methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills for managing global stakeholders.
