The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of regulated and compliance-driven environments, particularly within the Pharma and Commercial Analytics sectors. Beyond basic scrum facilitation, you will manage complex stakeholder relationships across global teams and utilize Azure DevOps for meticulous backlog management. If you possess a background in Data/BI programs and hold certifications like CSM or SAFe SM, you will be well-positioned to lead these critical healthcare projects to success.

Key Requirements

5 to 10 years of overall experience in the IT industry. 3 or more years of dedicated experience serving as a Scrum Master. Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SAFe frameworks. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint tracking and backlog management. Proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ability to manage and report on sprint metrics, burn-down charts, and velocity. Extensive experience in dependency, risk, and release management. Proven stakeholder management skills across distributed and global teams. Domain experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences programs. Exposure to Commercial Analytics, PSP, CRM, Claims, or Specialty Pharmacy Data.
