In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the robustness and reliability of products by breaking things before users do. As a QA Tester, your core responsibilities include analyzing requirements and user stories, creating manual test cases, and building automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure clarity and quality throughout the software development life cycle. Additional tasks involve validating APIs and databases, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to the overall expansion of automation coverage. Key Requirements
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Practical experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST APIs.
Ability to analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria effectively.
Experience building, maintaining, and running automated test scripts for web and/or mobile apps.
Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
Strong analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail for defect tracking.
