Nurture the Children is seeking six dedicated and creative professionals to join our team as Digital Marketing Experts, Graphic Designers, and Video Specialists. This is a full-time volunteer role designed to significantly enhance our online presence and drive donor engagement. As a remote member of our team based in the United Kingdom, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual and strategic direction of our outreach efforts, ensuring our mission resonates with a global audience. Key responsibilities include managing complex social media campaigns, designing high-quality promotional materials, and producing engaging video content. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics to optimize our strategies and increasing donor sponsorship sign-ups. Key Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Deep knowledge of SEO and paid advertising campaign management.
Strong creative and analytical thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage and grow social media platforms.
Practical experience in video creation and professional editing.
