SQA ENGINEER (FRESHER) @ TELICA TELECOM
Telica Telecom is seeking passionate freshers to join our team as SQA Engineers in Bengaluru. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to dive into the world of Radio Access Networks (RAN) and explore how mobile networks function behind the scenes. As a part of our collaborative team, you will work directly with industry experts on innovative wireless communication solutions, focusing on 2G, 4G (LTE), and 5G technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for testing telecom products across various generations of mobile technology within real lab environments. You will utilize essential industry tools such as Wireshark and Linux to perform debugging, analyze network behavior, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Requirements
Possess a B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or EE.
Have 0 to 1 year of professional experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
Demonstrate basic understanding of telecom and networking protocols.
Possess familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
Show experience or knowledge in using Wireshark for network traffic analysis.
Maintain a curious learner mindset with a strong approach to problem-solving.
Capable of working in live lab environments on real-world scenarios.
Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and network mobility behaviors.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
Detail-oriented approach to debugging and reporting telecom product issues.
