Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
Proven expertise in end-to-end residential interior projects.
Advanced proficiency in SketchUp for creating high-quality 3D models.
Strong skills in AutoCAD for technical drawings and floor layouts.
Demonstrated ability to create inspiring mood boards and design concepts.
Deep knowledge of material selection, textures, and finishes.
Excellent client coordination and relationship management skills.
Experience in supervising project execution and site management.
Strong understanding of lighting design and its impact on residential spaces.
Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
