Key Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on platform customization.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules.
Ability to work onsite at one of the designated locations: Richmond, McLean, DC, MD, or Plano.
Experience with ServiceNow system administration and configuration workflows.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and modern IT service management practices.
Demonstrated ability to perform technical integrations via SOAP, REST, or other APIs.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the platform.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and follow architectural best practices.
