Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Proven experience in Commercial Litigation.
Proven experience in Construction Litigation.
Experience handling Insurance-related Litigation matters.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado and in good standing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents.
Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and meet deadlines.
Experience conducting and defending depositions and attending court hearings.
High level of proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
