We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our client in the Real Estate Development sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling our digital presence through precise planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads and various social media channels. You will play a critical role in driving lead generation initiatives and ensuring that our marketing budget is utilized efficiently to meet business growth objectives.
In this role, you will be expected to lead media buying strategies, define audience targeting criteria, and maintain a rigorous focus on performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to shape our quarterly digital strategy, providing actionable insights that inform creative development and overall campaign effectiveness. This position is located at the Peninsula Nobel Centre, Haile Selassie Rd, Masaki, Dar es Salaam.
