ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (ON SITE)- 5 POSITIONS @ HRWORLD
HR World Limited is seeking 5 experienced Electrical Engineers to work on-site in Tanga, Tanzania. The selected professionals will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring the operational reliability of large Caterpillar generator systems, and maintaining optimal performance in a continuous 24/7 power generation environment.
Key responsibilities include leading preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for system failures, and analyzing performance data to support condition monitoring. You will also manage alarm responses, supervise generator system diagnoses, and ensure all site activities strictly adhere to safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power/Energy Engineering.
5–7 years of experience with large Caterpillar generator systems.
Proven expertise in 24/7 power generation environment operations.
Proficiency in generator system diagnosis, minor, and major repairs.
Strong leadership and effective decision-making capabilities.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Advanced computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to implement and follow strict Standard Operating Procedures.
Competence in conducting data-driven condition monitoring.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
