MANAGER - SME LIABILITIES @ EQUITY BANK
The Manager - SME Liabilities will be responsible for growing the bank's SME deposit base. You will design and implement strategies to attract small and medium-sized enterprise clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and leading sales initiatives. You will work closely with regional branch managers to ensure the effective delivery of liability products that meet the specific financial needs of SME clients.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, or Finance
Experience in SME business development and sales
Strong grasp of liability product management
Deep understanding of the SME sector market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Professional certification in banking or finance is an advantage
