WCS Tanzania is looking for an HR Coordinator to oversee human resource operations and support our growing team of conservation professionals. This role will involve managing recruitment processes, employee records, performance management cycles, and ensuring adherence to Tanzanian labor laws. Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of HR professional experience
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
Ability to handle sensitive personnel issues with discretion
Experience with payroll administration and benefits management
Proven ability to support organizational change and development
Strong commitment to high ethical standards
