You will handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and contractual negotiations, ensuring that all actions taken are in full compliance with the Employment and Labour Relations Act and other relevant statutes. Key Requirements

A bachelor's degree in law (LL. B) from a recognized institution. Not less than four (4) years of working experience in legal practice, specifically in labour law and litigation matters. Strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and good legal practices. Strong legal drafting skills. An active and registered legal practitioner with a valid Practising Licence issued by the Tanganyika Law Society.
