Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecom Engineering
Proven experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal preparation
Strong knowledge of electrical and Telecom systems and solutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tendering software tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders
