LEGAL OFFICER @ UBUNTU IMPACT
We are looking for a qualified Legal Officer to handle all legal affairs and compliance matters within the company. The Legal Officer will provide guidance on legal risks, manage contracts, and represent the organization in legal disputes to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
Admitted to the Bar or equivalent certification
Minimum 3 years of legal practice experience
In-depth knowledge of corporate and labor laws
Proficiency in contract drafting and review
Strong analytical and research capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Experience in dispute resolution
Capacity to handle sensitive information
