Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Early Childhood Development or a relevant degree program. 7-10 years of professional experience in the Early Childhood Development (ECD) sector. Proven experience in field and leadership roles within the ECD sector. Demonstrable experience managing ECD related interventions or projects. Significant experience building and managing project teams.
