St. Constantine’s International School, founded in 1951, is the oldest and largest international school in Northern Tanzania. It provides a multicultural learning environment for students from over 30 countries, following the Cambridge International Curriculum. The school is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their boarding team to support over 90 students aged 9–18 years in their daily lives and personal development. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of care and supervision that the institution is known for.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the welfare, supervision, and daily management of students within the boarding houses. This role emphasizes pastoral care, safeguarding, and creating a supportive environment that fosters holistic child development. Beyond boarding duties, the staff member is expected to contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and mentoring. The position offers a unique opportunity to work within a diverse international community while living on-site in provided accommodation.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in school environments or social work settings.
Significant experience working successfully with young people is essential.
Passion for supporting children and young people.
Strong pastoral care and mentoring abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a boarding team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to holistic child development and safeguarding.
