Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in IT, Application Support, HIS, or ERP systems.
Strong technical knowledge of API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
Proficiency in networking, database management (specifically SQL), and system troubleshooting.
Prior experience working with insurance claims systems within a healthcare setting.
Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA are highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage and optimize Hospital Information Systems (HIS) across various modules.
