2–3 years of experience specifically in bulk or mass hiring for blue-collar roles. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain sourcing networks with TPOs and ITIs. Must be a male candidate as per the specific requirements of the field-based role. Proficiency in planning and executing large-scale job drives and placement camps. Experience in sourcing candidates through field activities, local networks, and vendors. Competency in managing end-to-end recruitment from initial sourcing to final onboarding. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across various states in India. Strong coordination skills to work with clients, vendors, and internal HR teams. Ability to maintain and update daily hiring trackers and recruitment pipelines. Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on field execution and performance results.
