Key Requirements
Relevant professional degree such as CA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Prior experience in consulting or the insurance industry is highly preferred.
Proven expertise in Internal Audit and Risk Management frameworks.
Experience in managing Finance Operations or FP&A workstreams.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to interact with clients and manage stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members or freshers.
Strong communication skills for presenting findings to management.
