Key Requirements
Completed Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Foundational understanding of the Insurance industry and its regulatory environment.
Knowledge of Internal Audit methodologies and risk assessment techniques.
Familiarity with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) concepts.
Ability to analyze complex financial operations and provide insights.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based professional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professional integrity.
