HR EXECUTIVE @ PREPIQ
PrepIQ is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing EdTech team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and streamlining our recruitment and HR operations from a remote setting. Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules between candidates and internal teams. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the candidate pipeline and ensuring a professional and smooth hiring experience for all applicants. The salary for this role is between 3–5 LPA.

Key Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience preferred in recruitment or HR operations.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing and screening.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle candidate and team interactions.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Proficiency in scheduling and aligning interviews with various internal departments.
Capability to maintain and update a candidate pipeline and internal database.
Experience in managing applicant communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Supportive approach towards onboarding processes and basic HR administrative tasks.
Prior experience in the EdTech industry or remote-first environments is a plus.
