SERVICENOW DEVELOPER (GRC/IRM) @ TALENT INFO SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer specialized in GRC/IRM to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring core ServiceNow applications including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role requires a deep understanding of technical aspects such as workflow design, API integrations, and web services. Potential work locations for this position include Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai, and candidates must be willing to work from customer sites based on specific project requirements. In addition to technical development, the role involves collaborating closely with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. You will participate in regular code reviews, adopt best practices for software design, and provide technical guidance across the platform ecosystem. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering at least two to three end-to-end projects, ensuring a seamless transition from requirement gathering to the final go-live phase.
Key Requirements
5 to 10 years of overall professional experience in software development.
3 to 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience implementing IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, or BCM.
Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Hands-on experience with Workspace, UI Builder, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
Proficiency in workflow design, APIs, web services, and complex integrations.
Demonstrated experience in defining epics, user stories, and creating UI mock-ups.
Ability to perform ServiceNow platform management including deployments and upgrades.
Experience delivering 2 to 3 end-to-end projects from requirements to go-live.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-geographical collaboration.
Knowledge of GRC technologies such as RSA Archer or MetricStream is highly preferred.
Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Experience with Flow Designer and migrating solutions to higher environments.
