We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Pune Pashan. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact during the construction process, ensuring that clients are well-informed and their concerns are addressed promptly. This role requires a professional presence in our Pashan office, working directly with the construction and sales teams to provide a seamless customer journey from initial booking to possession.

Your key responsibilities will involve arranging site visits, managing accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring all documentation—including contracts and agreements—is kept up to date within our CRM software. You will also be responsible for following up on payments and facilitating the issuance of NOCs and other necessary approvals. Beyond administrative tasks, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the overall customer experience. We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less to contribute to our growing operations. Salary Budget: 4,80,000 – 6,00,000 Per Annum.

Key Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. Minimum 3-5 years of specific experience within the Real Estate industry. Familiarity with CRM software and digital management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse clients. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices.
