CRM EXECUTIVE @ EDUPLEX CONSULTANCY
Your key responsibilities will involve arranging site visits, managing accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring all documentation—including contracts and agreements—is kept up to date within our CRM software. You will also be responsible for following up on payments and facilitating the issuance of NOCs and other necessary approvals. Beyond administrative tasks, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance the overall customer experience. We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less to contribute to our growing operations. Salary Budget: 4,80,000 – 6,00,000 Per Annum.
