RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (SALES) @ JJ REALTY
JJ Realty is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our sales team in Balewadi, Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, beginning with initial lead interaction and progressing through to successful deal closure. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an excellent client experience by understanding individual requirements and matching them with suitable property options. This role involves both inbound and outbound lead management, coordinating site visits, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
In addition to core sales activities, you will be expected to provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Requirements
Handle inbound and outbound leads to convert them into site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients efficiently.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely closures of sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
Minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge, specifically MS Office and CRM tools.
