ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR @ AFRICA FOR SOCIAL CHANGE (AFSC)
Africa for Social Change (AFSC) is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Instructor to lead our new English for Parents Project at the Nakivale Refugee Settlement. This initiative is designed to bridge the communication gap between parents and teachers while simultaneously enhancing the livelihoods of families within the settlement through improved language proficiency. Candidates will be part of a mission-driven team focused on strengthening the civil society sector through education.
The successful candidate will be based at the Innovation School and will play a crucial role in our mission by delivering high-quality English instruction tailored specifically to adult learners. Responsibilities include developing engaging lesson plans, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and tracking the progress of participants to ensure the project meets its goals of improving communication and social integration.
