We are inviting applications for the position of Nurse Officers with teaching methodology at Heri Adventist Hospital. This unique role combines clinical nursing duties with the responsibility of training and mentoring junior staff and nursing students. The successful candidate will help ensure that our nursing team maintains the highest level of clinical proficiency through structured education and hands-on guidance in the Kigoma facility.
This position requires an individual who is not only a skilled nurse but also an effective educator. You will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting clinical assessments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree.
Certification or proven experience in Teaching Methodology.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Significant clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for nursing staff.
Ability to design and deliver effective clinical training sessions.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
Commitment to the spiritual and professional mission of the hospital.
Proficiency in administrative tasks related to nursing education.
