The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reservation inquiries, utilizing Opera PMS on a daily basis, and overseeing OTA and channel manager platforms. We offer a competitive salary package along with on-duty accommodation and meals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage room inventory effectively while ensuring that the highest standards of the 5-star hospitality industry are met. Candidates must be currently based in Tanzania or Zanzibar to be considered for this urgent recruitment.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations management within the hospitality sector. Must be an active and proficient daily user of the Opera Property Management System (PMS). Extensive experience in managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and various channel managers. Previous experience working in a 5-star luxury resort or high-end hotel environment. Must be a resident or citizen of Tanzania or Zanzibar to meet local hiring criteria.
