SALES & MARKETING MANAGER @ ROAR CAPITAL
The Sales & Marketing Manager at Roar Capital will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing brand awareness for our properties in Zanzibar. You will design and execute innovative marketing strategies, manage corporate accounts, and oversee all promotional activities to ensure the hotel remains a top choice for travelers. Your role includes analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities and adjusting strategies to stay ahead of competitors. You will collaborate closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience while ensuring all marketing efforts align with the company's financial goals and brand identity.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in hotel sales and marketing.
Strong understanding of the Zanzibar hospitality market.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
Experience with Hotel Management Software and CRM.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
Leadership skills to manage a sales team effectively.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
