The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial control, compliance reporting, budgeting, asset management, and business performance monitoring. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance and other departments to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective decision-making through timely financial information and analysis.

Key Responsibilities include performing monthly General Ledger reconciliations, reviewing Accounts Payable transactions, preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports, managing and maintaining Company's inventory, stock, and asset records, maintaining and reconciling the Fixed Assets Register, monitoring capital expenditure (CAPEX) against approved budgets, preparing and maintaining IFRS 16, IFRS 9, and IFRS 15 schedules, preparing statutory reports, supporting internal and external audit processes, monitoring financial controls, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial reporting. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation. Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
