Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Engineering, or Business Administration. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in the transport and logistics industry. At least 5 years of experience in a senior fleet or transport management role. Proven experience overseeing 40+ trucks in cross-border operations. Demonstrated success in delivering strong financial performance and managing P&L responsibilities. Deep understanding of cross-border transport regulations and customs procedures. Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, and GPS fleet tracking software. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Tanzania, Zambia, and DRC. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven experience in East or Southern African transit logistics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analytics. Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across various operational functions.
