Key activities include overseeing notice-to-vacate processes, grave relocation, and transitional support programs. The role requires close coordination with construction teams and MEL teams to ensure data integrity and verification of commitments made to Project Affected Persons (PAPs). The work schedule follows a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off roster at the Kabanga Site.

Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional experience specifically in Resettlement programs. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development, or a related field. Proven track record in leading RAP implementation from planning to completion. Deep expertise in IFC Performance Standard 5 and local Tanzanian land laws. Experience in managing land acquisition and compensation frameworks.
