As a Sales Agent for Lion King Adventures, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth by converting inquiries into successful bookings. This role involves designing tailored safari itineraries that match the specific preferences and budgets of international clients. You will respond to inquiries via various channels including email and phone, ensuring that every lead is followed up with diligence and professionalism to meet monthly sales targets.
The position requires a deep understanding of Tanzanian national parks and logistics to provide accurate and enticing travel advice. You will manage client data within our CRM system and coordinate closely with our operations and reservations teams to ensure every booked trip is executed flawlessly. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
2+ years of experience as a Sales Agent or Tour Consultant in East Africa.
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian national parks, safari circuits, and logistics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to design tailored safari itineraries and packages.
Proficiency in using company database or CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for trip coordination.
Knowledge of an additional international language is highly valued.
