Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specialized in Mechanical Building Services to lead major projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and high-rise buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial design and installation to final testing, commissioning, and handover. You will act as the primary lead for multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all mechanical installations adhere to strict engineering standards and project specifications while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.
In addition to technical management, the role requires strong leadership capabilities to coordinate effectively with architectural, structural, electrical, and ICT teams. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while supervising contractors to ensure that all work meets the necessary building regulations. The role demands a professional who can provide technical oversight for mechanical designs, approve technical submissions, and manage the quality delivery of complex infrastructure projects throughout Tanzania.
