TUNZA BEACH is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and maintenance team in Mwanza. You will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your role involves managing housekeeping staff, coordinating laundry services, and ensuring that all health and safety protocols are strictly followed throughout the facility.
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Ability to supervise and motivate a cleaning team
Deep understanding of sanitization and hygiene standards
Attention to detail in room inspections
Proficiency in managing supplies and inventory
Excellent communication skills
Reliability and commitment to quality service
Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting
