Sihotech Engineering Company Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Electrical Building Services to lead the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and successful delivery of electrical systems for commercial and high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage project execution, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of electrical systems including low voltage power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems. You will provide technical leadership, supervise onsite contractors, and coordinate extensively with architectural and structural teams to ensure quality delivery within strict project schedules and budgetary constraints.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
A valid ERB Practising Licence.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical building services.
Expertise in LV power systems, lighting, and ELV systems.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver on time.
Deep knowledge of IEC Standards and British Standards (BS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
Demonstrable experience in commercial or high-rise building electrical projects.
