Ability to work effectively within a diverse and multicultural team environment. Commitment to maintaining the high professional standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required. Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming personality. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in all tasks. Capability to handle guest requests with grace and a problem-solving mindset.
