Key Requirements
Indonesian national, or Italian national with hands-on experience working in Indonesia
Proven track record in Italian cuisine and restaurant environments
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lead the full development and launch of a restaurant concept
Expertise in overseeing daily kitchen and restaurant operations
Experience in building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing kitchen team
Capacity to collaborate with management on strategy, positioning, and profitability
Skill in ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house
In-depth knowledge of authentic Italian cooking techniques and ingredients
Strong focus on overall guest experience and culinary excellence
