Key Requirements
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a hospitality, tourism, or related degree program.
Demonstrated passion for the luxury hospitality industry and guest service excellence.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
A driven and proactive attitude toward learning new skills and operational tasks.
Ability to work effectively within a diverse and multicultural team environment.
Commitment to maintaining the high professional standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming personality.
High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail in all tasks.
