You will prepare detailed legal and compliance reports for management and liaise with various regulators. The gross salary for this position is 2,500,000- 3,500,000/= TZS. Candidates should be highly professional, trustworthy, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Key Requirements

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution. Must be an Admitted Advocate in at least one East African jurisdiction. Minimum of 5 years of corporate or in-house legal experience. In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian, Ugandan, and Kenyan corporate, labour, and commercial law. Strong legal drafting and analytical skills for contract management.
