The Training Intern supports the coordination, development, and delivery of executive education programmes to leaders in Tanzania and across Africa. Working under the Executive Education Department, the Intern reports directly to the Head of Programme Delivery. This role involves assisting in the planning of educational modules and ensuring the smooth logistical operation of training sessions for high-level officials. Some assignments will involve traveling within the region to support program execution.The successful candidate will join the UONGOZI Institute, a regional leadership development hub under the Office of the President of Tanzania. The institute is dedicated to inspiring African leaders to deliver inclusive and sustainable solutions. The intern will have the opportunity to engage with high-level policy dialogues and action-oriented research while working in a fast-paced environment located in Dar es Salaam.
