This is a senior leadership position designed for an individual with extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical production management.

Key Requirements

At least 15 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production. Solid background in the pharmaceutical field with a focus on manufacturing. Extensive experience in managing solid and semi-solid dosage form production. Proven leadership and team management skills in a large-scale factory setting. In-depth knowledge of international Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements. Ability to oversee production planning and resource allocation effectively. A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to implement process improvements.
