Key Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proven track record of hitting sales targets consistently.
Professional communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
