APEX Pharma is seeking a highly experienced Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations at our state-of-the-art factory located in Badr City, Cairo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that all solid and semi-solid pharmaceutical products are manufactured efficiently and in compliance with strict international quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize workflows, manage large-scale production schedules, and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
At least 15 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production.
Solid background in the pharmaceutical field with a focus on manufacturing.
Extensive experience in managing solid and semi-solid dosage form production.
Proven leadership and team management skills in a large-scale factory setting.
In-depth knowledge of international Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Ability to oversee production planning and resource allocation effectively.
A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to implement process improvements.
